Dramatic Dog Rescue After River Bursts Banks


At least 33 people were evacuated from the village Pina de Ebro in the Province of Zaragoza as Spain’s northern Aragon region suffered widespread flooding that affected farms, residential areas and city infrastructure.

One victim was a spooked pooch that had to be rescued by firefighters from a waterlogged farm in the village of Gallur.

According to local media, the dog is back with its owner and in good health.
